Cancellations: While we understand life happens and schedules shift, I hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please notify Salon Iris a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge for the service. For service appointments totaling 2+ hours, please notify Salon Iris a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge. No shows will be charged the full service amount. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
Tipping: As the sole stylist and owner I operate a tipless salon, which is reflected in my pricing. Tips are not expected—and discouraged.
