Please note: As the sole stylist and owner, I operate a tipless salon, which is reflected in my prices. Tips are not expected—and discouraged.

While we understand life happens and schedules shift, we hold your appointments just for you. If you do need to cancel, please notify Salon Iris a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge for the service. No shows without advance notice will be charged full service amount. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
